Virat Kohli in top 10 of Instagram Rich List 2018; Cristiano Ronaldo on top

Virat Kohli is currently preparing for what could be the most important series of his captaincy career against England, but the Indian cricket team captain continues to rack up the wins off the field.

According to the Instagram Rich List released by HopperHQ.com, an Instagram post scheduling tool, Virat Kohli is at ninth position in a list of athletes who can charge the most money for sponsored posts on the photo-sharing app.

The list shows that Kohli can demand up to USD 120,000 (Rs. 82 lakh approx.) to share any sponsored post with his over 23 million followers.

Cristiano Ronaldo, who recently finalised a big-money move to Juventus, tops the list followed by fellow footballers Neymar, Lionel Messi, David Beckham, Gareth Bale, Zlatan Ibrahimovic and Luis Suarez.

UFC fighter Conor McGregor, whose last fighting bout of any note was the exhibition boxing match against Floyd Mayweather, finds himself in eighth position.

Golden State Warriors basketball star Stephen Curry and the aforementioned Mayweather, who has a 50-0 undefeated streak in boxing, round off the top 10.

It is worth noting that Kohli is the only cricketer present in the top 10, reaffirming once again that the current India skipper remains a marketable star with high brand value.
