HYDERABAD: A 47-year-old private security guard was arrested for 'flashing' his private parts to his family members in an inebriated state at Neredmet on Tuesday.
The Neredmet police arrested Ravi Chander, a private security guard from Officers' Colony in RK Puram, Neredmet. On July 22, Ravi Chander's 62-year-old mother lodged a complaint with the Neredmet police alleging that her son returned home in a drunken condition on July 21 night and started abusing her using filthy language.
Ravi Chander also assaulted his mother by kicking her. Again on July 22 afternoon, Ravi Chander went home drunk and started abusing his mother, police said.
The accused pulled down his trousers and showed his private parts to the complainant and his sister, who was at home. Based on the complaint, Neredmet police registered a case against him under Sections 354, 354-A, 323 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.
On Tuesday, police arrested Ravi Chander from RK Puram and produced him before court. He was sent to judicial remand.
