Deposed Catalan leader Puigdemont says to return to Belgium

Catalonia's deposed Puigdemont, who has been in for four months, said today he will return to after a Spanish dropped a for him.

"This weekend I will return to Belgium," the separatist leader told a conference in Berlin, adding his "political activity will be based in Belgium".
