Camps to make caste certificates of Beldar community to be held in several places, says Chouhan

Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan said that camps will be held in Sehore, Raisen and Bhopal to make caste certificates of Beldar community. The community will be given every valid right. Chouhan was addressing the Madhya Pradesh Beldar community Mahasammelan at the CM House premises. He also felicitated students Sakshi Kamrai and Ansh Giri of the community on the occasion. Minister of State for General Administration and Scheduled Caste Welfare Lal Singh Arya was also present on the occasion.

Chouhan urged the people belonging to the Beldar community to get themselves registered in the Sambal Yojana. He told them that several provisions have been made in the scheme like electricity at Rs 200 flat rate and payment of fees of the education of children by the state government so that poor families can spend their lives respectfully. He said that careful thought would be given to the application for land allocation for building for the Beldar community as per rules.

The Chief Minister said that women and girls must be given due respect.

No discrimination should be made between girls and boys and both should be educated. CM Chouhan extended best wishes for Raksha Bandhan to all the women present in the Mahasammelan in advance.
