HYDERABAD: A division bench of the High Court on Tuesday issued notice to the Telangana government asking it to file a counter affidavit on a PIL filed against allotment of a 10-acre land at survey number 83/1 in Rayadurgam Panmaktha village in Serilingampally mandal in Rangareddy district to My Home Constructions, My Home industries and PR Energy Holdings Limited.
