Xiaomi Mi A2 32GB Variant, Mi A2 Lite Not Coming To India

Xiaomi has announced the availability of Mi A2 for the Indian market, i.e. August 8. According to reports, the 32GB storage variant will not be coming to Indian market.

Xiaomi recently launched its second gen Android One based handsets Mi A2 and Mi A2 Lite in Spain. The Chinese manufacturer is all set to bring Mi A2 in India on August 8. Mi A2 was launched in three RAM+Storage variants of 4GB+32GB, 4GB+64GB and 6GB+128GB.

But according to the recent reports, Xiaomi Mi A2 4GB RAM+ 64GB (roughly Rs 22,500) will be the base model in India rather than Mi A2 4GB RAM+32GB storage handset.

Indian market is most likely to have one extra colour variant Rose Gold apart from Black, Blue, and Gold colour. Moreover, Mi A2 might launch with Quick charge 4 in India which will be an updated version of Quick charge 3.0 equipped by the global variant.

Xiaomi Mi A2 price starts from EUR 249 (roughly Rs 20,000) for 32GB storage model, EUR 279 (roughly Rs 22,500) for 64GB model and EUR 349 (roughly Rs 28,150) for 128GB storage model. The handset is available in Black, Blue, and Gold colour variants.

Mi A2 is the successor of previous year’s Mi A1 which also featured stock Android instead of Xiaomi’s custom ROM MIUI.

Also, the Chinese brand doesn’t seem to launch Mi A2 Lite in India.
