Costumers always get frustrated when they can’t get there orders on time, which often results in chats with costumer care executives who are usually at the receiving end of the conversation. But there are some cases where the conversation between the caller and costumer care executive becomes very hilarious which goes viral on the internet.
Similar case happened with Shadwal Srivastava, a Mumbai resident, who ordered food from Zomato and after waiting for his food for a long time he decided to take the matter to a Zomato customer care executive.
Shadwal, however, decided to engage in a shudh Hindi conversation with the customer care executive. To his surprise the executive also replied in shudh Hindi, which resulted in a very hilarious conversation between the two.
I really wasn’t expecting the customer support guy at @ZomatoIN to play along with my shuddh hindi gig 😂😂😂 pic.twitter.com/vORsCIW6Em

However, this isn’t the first time a conversation between Zomato’s executive and its users has gone viral. Last year, a Mumbai resident had used the service to order a cake and didn’t leave a text which should be written on the cake, because of which the bakery ended up writing “No garlic, food must be spicy” on the cake.
I ordered bday cake off Zomato.(didn’t specify message to be added) Bakers took generic instructions in my profile & ran with it, I guess pic.twitter.com/xo7iEZN1MU

After a few conversation between her and Zomato costumer care executive, to make up for their error, they decided to send another cake to the user. The cake read, “Sorry from Zomato, this cake is not spicy.”
.@Zomato..aww, you guys.. thank you for the cake. PS. I saw what you did there with the message pic.twitter.com/WVfZgnCAuu
