Ananth Kumar hits out at Congress for moving Privilege Motion

today took a dig at following the Opposition's decision to move a Privilege Motion against PM and defence for allegedly misleading the lower house over Rafale aircraft deal during No Confidence Motion debate.

Speaking to the media outside Parliament, Kumar said, "and its lack knowledge about the rules and procedures of Parliament." He also added that although it is their right to bring such a motion but they should read in which cases a Privilege Motion can be brought.

The also asserted that the rival Congress will again face huge embarrassment on the floor of the house in the not so distant future.

Lashing out at the Congress, Kumar stated that the Gandhi scion has realised that no other political outfit will support him as a prime ministerial candidate in the upcoming elections.

"Out of sheer desperation and frustration, has started singing a new tune stating he is open to having a prime ministerial candidate from alliance partners residing in any part of the corner of India, " he added.
