Indian cricket legend Sachin Tendulkar has added another real estate asset to his list. Sachin Tendulkar has now bought a flat of Rs 7.15 crore in Bandra East and this flat is in the name of his wife Anjali.
According to DNA, Tendulkar’s new flat is located in Rustomjee Seasons in Gandhi Nagar, Bandra East, is registered in the name of Anjali Sachin Tendulkar, 50, a resident of 19-A, Perry Cross Road, Bandra West. While the cost of the flat is around Rs 7.15 crore, its ready reckoner rate is Rs 4.97 crore. The new flat of Tendulkars is located on the 16th floor in the B wing and measures close to 1,600 sq ft.
The flat in Bandra East was finalised in May this year and a stamp duty of Rs 35.79 lakh was also paid during registration. Tendulkars will also get two car parks with the new flat. In March, another property of Anjali Tendulkar, Mehta house located in Malabar Hill, was sold to a businessman, which fetched Rs 145 crore.
