MLA files PIL against land allotment to My Home Co

Congress leader and MLA A Revanth Reddy filed a PIL case before Hyderabad High Court challenging the decision of TS government in allocating 10 acre land to My Home constructions.

HYDERABAD: Congress leader and MLA A Revanth Reddy filed a PIL case before Hyderabad High Court challenging the decision of Telangana government in allocating 10-acre land to My Home constructions, My Home Industries and PR Energy holding limited at survey number 83/1 in Serilingampally of Ranga Reddy.

The petitioner alleged that the said land allotment was in violation of IT policy. The land allotment was made to benefit a private party at cost of state exchequer. He urged HC to direct the State to take steps for recovery of the subject land.
