Top Court To Hear Transgender's Plea Alleging Discrimination By Air India
Shanavi Ponnusamy alleged she was not hired by Air India because she is a transgender and the vacancies in the cabin crew were earmarked only for men or women.
Shanavi Ponnusamy applied for the position of a female cabin crew offer by Air India in July 2017.
