As a part of Swachh Bharat Mission, NSS unit of Vignan’s Institute of Information Technology, started a summer internship programme on Monday at Vedurla Narava in the district.
About 80 NSS volunteers participated in the inaugural of the 10-day programme.
Addressing NSS volunteers Challa Narasimham, principal, explained the necessity of social connectivity for engineers. He also motivated the students and said this programme would be helpful for both the villagers and the students.
Dr. K. Madhusudhana Rao, Dean Student Affairs and others were present.
