Lalu Yadav's RJD Expels National Spokesman Shankar Charan Tripathi

A letter issued by RJD national secretary general SM Qamar Alam said that "Shankar Charan Tripathi has been relieved of all his responsibilities in the party, besides cancelling the party membership."
