Indian under-17 women’s team lost 0-5 against Brazil

The Indian Under-17 women’s National team lost 0-5 against Brazil in the BRICS Under-17 football tournament in Johannesburg yesterday. At half-time, Brazil led 1-0. The Indian women’s will face China today in their last match.
The tournament features Brazil, Russia, India, China and South Africa.
In their opening match, India lost to South Africa 1-5 on Wednesday. In their second game, they lost to Russia 1-3 on Thursday.
Sport and Recreation South Africa are hosting the ongoing 3rd annual BRICS Games from 17 to 22 July 2018 at Wits University Campus, Johannesburg.
The inaugural BRICS Games were held in Goa, India, in 2016. The second edition was held in Guangzhou, China in June 2017.
