Paswan condemns Alwar lynching incident

BJP ally and today condemned the killing of a man in Rajasthan's Alwar, allegedly because he was smuggling cows, and asked the to take strict action against culprits without any delay.

"The LJP strongly condemns the lynching of Akabar by a crowd in Rajasthan's in the name of cow smuggling," he said in a tweet.

Akbar Khan, 28, and his friend were taking two cows to their village in through a forested area near Lalawandi in district last night when five men attacked them, police said.

Reacting to incidents of lynching, had yesterday said in the that state governments should take strong against people involved in such violence.
