HYDERABAD: Dream anything. But to realise them you need planning and timelines, said Rehana D’Souza, Head – NSE Academy Ltd. She was addressing the UG students and their parents today as the Guest of Honour at the Inaugural of UG Programmes 2018-21 at GITAM Hyderabad Business School, a constituent of GITAM (Deemed to be University), Hyderabad Campus.

On this occasion, D’Souza presented the “Tree Award” to the Dean & Director of GITAM HBS, Prof Y Lakshman Kumar, on behalf of NSE Academy.

At the undergraduate level, GITAM HBS is offering BBA (Financial Markets) in collaboration with NSE Academy, BBA with CIMA, BCom (Hons) with ACCA, BBA (Business Analytics), as well as the traditional BBA. M Kartik Rao, Associate Vice President, Start Cap Corporate Advisors LLP recounted his experience after qualifying with CIMA that enhanced his business acumen. Kishan Sathyam, Zonal Head – South India, CIMA, explained how an international qualification like CIMA in Management Accounting along with BBA would make students market ready.

Earlier, Prof Y Lakshman Kumar welcomed the newly admitted students and their parents and guardians. In his address, he explained how the programmes at GITAM HBS are uniquely futuristic and ensure the students’ career prospects.
