New Delhi : Customers looking to buy JioPhone for Rs 501 under Reliance Jio’s monsoon hungama exchange scheme rolled out on Friday would need to shell out a total Rs 1,095 upfront as the device comes bundled with six monthly recharges of total Rs 594, according to terms and conditions announced by the company.
Reliance Jio which is looking to scale up JioPhone users by four fold from 25 million to 100 million offers the device against refundable deposit of Rs 501 to be paid upfront.
Customers opting for the scheme get the device by exchanging feature phone along with battery and charger in working condition of any brand.
