MSI GF63 and PS42 laptops launched in India, price starts at Rs 77,990

NEW DELHI: The gaming hardware brand MSI has forayed into the professional laptop category with the launch of its Prestige series of laptops. The company has launched the professional laptop PS42 and GD63 laptops in India. The company claims that the devices come with thin bezels and are tailor made for the specific needs of gamers and professionals.

Both the devices are light in weight and offer improved battery life.

The MSI GF63 comes with a 15.6-inch ultra-slim display and weighs 2kg. The device is powered by 8th generation Intel Core i7 processor with NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 Ti graphics. The company claims that the laptop can deliver up to 7 hours of battery backup on a single charge. The laptop is said to be the lite version of the earlier launched GS65. The laptop comes with brushed aluminum cover decorated by the signature red dragon shield and a unique asymmetric dual-pattern underneath.

On the other hand, the PS42 stands out from the MSI product mix for its design aesthetics. Weighing 1.19kg the laptop comes in a slim skeleton and promises to offer battery backup of more than 10 hours on a single charge. The laptop comes equipped with a fingerprint sensor,, NVIDIA GeForce graphics, and up to8th generation Intel Core i7 processor.

The MSI GF63 comes with a starting price tag of Rs 79,990, while the price of PS42 starts at Rs77,990.
