Congress president Rahul Gandhi, while speaking in favour of No Confidence motion, made a major gaffe that left the MPs and Prime Minister Narendra Modi laughing their heart out. "Pradhan Mantri ji BAR mai jate hain...bahar jate hain. I mean abroad," Gandhi said while launching a blistering attack on Modi government. Rahul meant to say that the Prime Minister took many trips to abroad (bahar) but instead ended up saying 'bar'.
