The administrators of Poundworld have announced the closure of a further 78 stores - including three in North Wales.
This will result in the redundancies of 907 employees when the stores close on either Thursday 26 July or Sunday 29 July.
The closures include Wrexham(Eagles Meadow), Colwyn Bay and Rhyl, where the store only opened on Marina Quay last August, an event attended by hundreds of shoppers.

There will be no respite for the remaining shops and every store is now scheduled to close by August 10 unless a last minute buyer is found.
This will result in the redundancies of 1,432 employees.
The Administrators previously announced:
- The closure of 25 stores, announced 10 July 2018 (242 redundancies)
- The closure of 80 stores, announced 13 July 2018 (1,024 redundancies)
- The closure of 40 stores, announced 17 July 2018 (531 redundancies) This included Bangor and Queensferry stores.
Clare Boardman, Joint Administrator, comments: “We would like to thank all the employees for their continued support and commitment during this difficult time. We are keeping staff appraised of developments as they happen.”
Clare Boardman and Daniel Butters, restructuring partners at Deloitte, were appointed as joint administrators to the Company on 11 June 2018.
