Madras High Court Stays UGC's 2018 Amendment To Open University & Distance Learning Regulation Act

Admitting a PIL filed by Santosh Baboo, registrar of The Manonmaniam Sundaranar University (MSU), Justices M Duraisamy and Anitha Sumanth stayed the amendment.
