Four arrested for robbing, injuring 23-year-old youth near Bangrasia

Misrod police have booked four miscreants for robbing by injuring a 23-year-old youth, of his mobile phone and Rs 1000 cash near Bangrasia late in the night on Sunday; a complaint was lodged on Monday.

According to Misrod police, the victim Hakam Singh Kushwah was robbed on his way back by four bike borne miscreants at around 11 in the night. The victim was asked by the bike borne miscreants on the pretext of asking address and when the victim stopped he was robbed by the miscreants.

The victim works as a painter and was on his way after having food at around 11 pm when he was attacked by the miscreants with wooden sticks. He sustained severe injuries on his head and was rushed to a nearby hospital.

Police said that a case under section 394 of the IPC was registered against the miscreants and started search to nab the accused.

Meanwhile a 32-year-old man was nabbed by Ashoka Garden police who robbed a 17-year-old youth of Rs 1700 cash and a mobile phone by a habitual offender of Ashoka Garden area, police said on Monday.

According to police the victim Prakash Yadav was robbed at 80 ft road while he was returning after purchasing stationery.

The victim in his complaint stated that at around 8pm on Monday he went to a nearby stationary shop and while he was returning he was stopped by the accused Akash Pawar who assaulted him and robbed Rs 1700 cash and mobile phone. The police have registered a case under section 392 of the IPC and started further investigation.
