Two injured in exchange of fire in northeast Delhi

NEW DELHI: Two people were injured in an exchange of fire in northeast Delhi's Welcome area on Wednesday, the police said.
The incident took place at around 10am.

The men, aged 25 and 27, picked up a fight over some issue following which they opened fire at each other, a police officer said.

One of them sustained an injury on his hip, while the other sustained an injury on his chest, he said.

Both of them were rushed to a nearby hospital where they are currently undergoing treatment, he said.
