FIFA 2018: 25 million cyber attacks neutralised by Russia, reveals Vladimir Putin

Believe it or not but Russian security services warded off as many as 25 million cyberattacks during the FIFA World Cup 2018. Russian President Vladimir Putin gave this information during his meeting with the representatives of the elite command unit which was responsible for security during the tournament. There were 55 security services from 126 countries and law enforcement agencies of 34 countries involved in ensuring security. France won the FIFA 2018 tournament defeating Croatia 4-2 in a pulsating final on Sunday.
