The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) government at the Centre and the Left Democratic Front (LDF) government in the State are carrying out politics of violence as leaders of both the ruling parties do not know the language of love, Youth Congress (YC) president Keshav Chand Yadav has said.
Handing over the fund collected by the All India Youth Congress Committee to the family of slain party leader S.P. Shuhaib here on Saturday, Mr. Yadav said Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan were not able to address issues of the common man.
Innocent people were being murdered in the name of communal or political fascism, he said.
The Youth Congress leader alleged that the BJP was leading the nation to the path of intolerance and violence. Mr. Yadav handed over a cheque of ₹5 lakh to the father of Shuhaib.
