Delhi chief minister and Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) national convener Arvind Kejriwal took a jibe at Prime Minister Narendra Modi for talking of Hindus and Muslims even after four years of his Prime Ministership.

Addressing a gathering at Indore on Sunday, Kejriwal quoted media reports to say PM Modi in his speech had said Congress happened to be the party of Muslims and that BJP was of the party of Hindus. He said when America was talking of nano technology and Japan, France and London were talking of big technologies, Modi was talking of Hindus and Muslims .

He asked the prime minister, if he could make India No. 1 country in the world by talking of Hindus and Muslims. He said the only way India could become No. 1 country in the world was through raising the level of education in the country.

State BJP vice president Vijesh Lunawat said, “Kejriwal only believes in talks and not work. This is why he keeps on blaming the central government for his failures.”

State Congress spokesperson Pankaj Chaturvedi said, “Kejriwal spent 90% of his time in fighting with LG of Delhi.”
