1) Amarula on the rocks

50ml Amarula
Ice
Method
Pour Amarula into a glass filled with ice.
2) Cookies & Cream

- 25ml Nachtmusik
- 25ml Amarula

Layer ingredients into a tot glass – Nachtmusik first, then pour the Amarula slowly over the back of a teaspoon so the ingredients don’t mix.
3) Springbokkie
Ingredients
- 25ml Amarula
- 25ml oude meester peppermint liqueur
Method
Layer ingredients into a tot glass – Oude Meester Peppermint liqueur first, then pour the Amarula slowly over the back of a teaspoon so the ngredients don’t mix.
4) Amarula Dom Pedro
Ingredients
- 50ml Amarula
- 150ml vanilla ice cream
- 25ml thick cream Chocolate powder
- or spun chocolate to garnish
Method
Combine all the ingredients in a blender or shaker. Blend well. Pour into a tall glass and garnish with chocolate powder or spun chocolate
Method
Put all ingredients into a cocktail shaker or blender. Shake or blend for 30 seconds, pour over ice cubes into a highball or milkshake glass and add crushed ice. garnish with a wedge of cookie or with chocolate shavings and fresh ginger
5) Nirvana by Chocolate
Ingredients
- 30ml Amarula
- 30ml count pushkin vodka
- 30ml nachtmusik
- 3 scoops vanilla ice cream
- crushed ice
- shavings of white and dark chocolate
Method
- Mix the Amarula, count pushkin, nachtmusik and ice cream with crushed ice in a cocktail shaker, blender or sealed container. Pour into a tumbler and garnish with shavings of white and dark chocolate.
