Chef Amit further said from starters to main course and sweet dishes the festival will offer mouth watering flavours. It will include starters like Lazzat-e-Haleeb, Kanda Bhaji, Teekha Paneer Tikka, and soups such as Makkai Badam Ka Shorba, Taashiri Shorba and Tamatar Kaa Saar. Similarly the main course will have dishes like Shahjahani Paneeer Pasanda, Dabi Arbi Kee Salan, Paneer Kolhapuri, Bhogichi Bhaji, Shekhawati Paneer, Shahi Govind Gatta, Dal Mumtaz, Amti Dal, Gosht Dam Biryani, Shekhawati Saag Pulao, Subz Rayta, Lehsun Kee Chutney and breads like Dehlvi Sheermal, Khameeri Roti, Reshami Paratha, Pudina Paratha, Thalipeeth and Banjara Roti. Post main course one can relish sweet dishes like Shahi Tukda, Badshahi Kulfi Falooda, Kesari Bhath, Aam Shreekhand, Baked Rabdi Malpua and Samak Ki Kheer.
