India has hit back at Pakistan over its comments on the alleged human rights abuse in Kashmir. Briefing media Ministry of External Affairs ministry Spokesperson Raveesh Kumar said, On the issue of UN High Commissioner’s recent recommendation for alleged human right violations in Kashmir, the Spokesperson said, questioned the intention of bringing out this report.
He said, the document that was brought out reflected the clear bias of the official, who was acting without a mandate whatsoever and who relied on unverified source of information. The Spokesman further said, Islamabad must first stop terrorism emanating from its soil and said Pakistan forgets that what it preaches it does not follow.
Time and again India has told Islamabad to stop supporting terrorism and terrorist entities, which are operating out of Pakistan. He said, India’s position on this is clear and consistent.
