The pilot will kick off from July onward at two of Marriott International properties in China- Hangzhou Marriott Hotel Qianjiang and Sanya Marriott Hotel Dadonghai Bay. They intend to rollout globally across Marriott’s International properties in the future.
The traditional hotel check-in process takes a minimum of three minutes and more during the peak hours, this move will position Marriott International as a pioneer in the global hospitality company offering a seamless check-in experience.
