BJP workers exhorted to work hard

On the second day of the Bharatiya Janata Party State Working Committee meeting here on Thursday, the party leaders reiterated their commitment to keep the party workers strong at the ground level to maximise public awareness about the public welfare schemes of the Central and State Governments.

The party cadre was exhorted to work hard, visiting door to door before the coming Lok Sabha elections raising public awareness about rights of the people and linking them with the party. Along with a review of the work done by the party so far, an outline of the tasks planned in the coming three months was also deliberated upon in the meeting of the working committee.

Chief Minister Trivendra Singh Rawat, BJP State president Ajay Bhatt, national general secretary Shiv Prakash, State party in charge Shyam Jaju, national secretary Tirath Singh Rawat, former Chief Minister Vijay Bahuguna, MP Ramesh Pokhriyal ‘Nishank’, Union Minister Ajay Tamta, Cabinet Ministers Prakash Pant, Satpal Maharaj, Yashpal Arya, Madan Kaushik, Dhan Singh Rawat, Rekha Arya, MP Rajya Laxmi Shah, MLAs Munna Singh Chauhan, Khajan Das and other office bearers of the party were also among those present on the occasion.
