HYDERABAD: After he was externed for six months by Hyderabad police, Cyberabad and Rachakonda commissioners issued notices to

Swami Paripoornananda asking him why he should not be externed from their commissionerates.

Cyberabad commissioner V C Sajjanar and Rachakonda commissioner Mahesh Bhagawat issued notices to Swami Paripoornanda on Thursday under Section 3 of Telangana Prevention of Anti-Social and Hazardous Activities Act, 1980, asking him to show cause, as to why he should not be ordered not to enter into the limits of Cyberabad and Rachakonda.

Officials of both the commissionerates said that the notices were served to Swami Paripoornananda on Thursday. While Cyberabad commissioner gave 48 hours time to Paripoornanda to give a written representation and produce witnesses, if any, against the proposed externment within 48 hours before the ACP, Shadnagar, Rachakonda commissioner’s notice instructs the Swamy to give a written representation and produce witnesses before ACP Malkajgiri.

After film critic Kathi Mahesh was externed from Hyderabad for six months on Monday, Hyderabad police externed Swami Paripoornanda on Wednesday for six months.
