Buyers to bid for Naya Raipur’s ‘First Bar’ in Retail Complex

The State Excise Department has approved space at Retail Complex in the Central Business District in Sector 21 for setting up the very ‘First Bar’ of the new capital city by prospective buyers of space.

The submission of bids by buyers will close on July 19 after  pm, officials informed.

The space being offered is entirely built-up with carpet area of 1,911 square feet and exclusively attached terrace area of 1,830 square feet, they informed.

Interestingly, Chhattisgarh had set a record of sorts with its revenue collection from liquor sale during last eight months of 2017.

Owing to a record sale, people of Chhattisgarh had consumed liquor worth Rs 24 billion and  Raipur had topped by spending Rs 3.8 billion on it.

The maximum revenue came from Raipur at Rs 38,98649,791 followed by Durg at Rs 2334668184,  Bilaspur (Rs 1624348236) and Rajnandgaon (Rs 1187182340).
