Godzilla: King of the Monsters and Fantastic Beasts And Where To Find Them: Crimes of Grindelwald revealed new pics on Thursday.

Thursday was a good day for movie lovers as they got fresh new glimpses at a few of the most anticipated movies of the year. Stills from Godzilla 2 and Fantastic Beasts And Where To Find Them: Crimes of Grindelwald and Glass were shared by Entertainment Weekly.

The new stills and the first look from Godzilla: King of the Monsters features the deadly monster sending out a beam of atomic rays from his mouth into the sky. Its body and fins now glisten with blue atomic energy, something we didn’t see in the last part.

The sequel also stars Stranger Things star Millie Bobby Brown and The Conjuring’s Vera Farmiga. In another still, the two seem to be in awe of something before their eyes. Vera plays a scientist in the film and Brown plays her daughter. The film releases on May 31, 2019.

A single still from Crimes of Grindelwald introduces us to a young Newt Scamander, played in the movies by Oscar-winner Eddie Redmayne as a grown up. Also in the still do we see Jude Law with the classic half-moon glasses of Professor Albus Dumbledore. He plays a younger version of the beloved professor from the Harry Potter movies, in this prequel series. He seems to be teaching a nervous Newt some new magic trick in front of his classmates.

Newt was “Kicked out of Hogwarts for endangering human life,” as told by Percival Graves (Colin Farrell) in the first Fantastic Beasts. The film releases on November 16.

More still were shared from director M Night Shyamalan’s upcoming film Glass, starring James McAvoy, Bruce Willis and Samuel L Jackson. The new stills feature Jackson in a snazzy purple suit, McAvoy getting cooed at by the girl he abducted in Split (Anya Taylor-Joy). Other images show Sarah Paulson interrogating the superhuman men and a production still of Willis and Shyamalan.

The film releases on January 18, 2019.
