New Zealand actor, Julian Dennison of 'Deadpool 2' fame is also set to star in the flick.
Directed by Adam Wingard, the film will follow Godzilla (2014), Kong: Skull Island (2017) and the upcoming Godzilla: King of the Monsters, which is set to open May 31, 2019.
The film is slated to hit the theatres in May 2020.
