The 2018 Primetime Emmy nominations were announced Thursday morning (July 12) by The Handmaid's Tale's Samira Wiley and New Amsterdam's Ryan Eggold, and all the likely suspects made the cut.

The Handmaid's Tale, Stranger Things, The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel and The Crown proved once again that streaming is here to stay, racking up a seriously impressive number of nominations. Other choice favorites like Game of Thrones, This Is Us and Westworld had a nice turn out too, and Jesus Christ Superstar walked away with a surprising 13 nominations, including a lead actor nod for potential EGOT-winner John Legend.

Celebs shared their shock, congratulations and, in some cases, snark on social media. Though honestly, we're not sure anyone's reaction beats Samira Wiley's "That's cool!" to being told on-air that she was nominated for Supporting Actress in a Drama right after she made the announcements.
