BHUBANESWAR: The School and Mass Education Department has decided to organise Pension Adalat for retired teachers in all districts on July 22, 29 and August 5. If the retired teachers are unable to submit the required documents in the first Pension Adalat, then they would be allowed to submit the same on July 29 or August 5 after seeking advice from the concerned officials of the department.
“As several retired teachers are facing problems in availing post-retirement benefits owing to court cases, job irregularity and misplacement of service book, these Pension Adalats will help them in resolving the issues,” said Secretary, School and Mass Education, Pradipta Kumar Mohapatra.
