Cocktails by the Sea sips off Friday night

Marion — Cocktails by the Sea, the annual fundraiser for the Marion Art Center (the MAC), takes place on Friday evening, July 13, from 5:30 to 8 p.m.

This year, the party returns to Trevor and Anne Hatton’s historic waterfront residence at 183 Front Street, Marion. Tickets are available by calling Jenny Costa at the MAC, 508-748-1266 or by visiting MarionArtCenter.org.

All proceeds will benefit the Marion Art Center’s building improvements and programming.

Attendees can enjoy magnificent views of Sippican Harbor, light hors d’oeuvres, an open bar and live music by 3rd Shift Jazz for $75 per person.

There will also be a silent auction featuring paintings by well-known local artists

The Marion Art Center is a non-profit organization that has been serving the community since 1957. Its mission is to promote the visual and performing arts. The MAC is comprised of two galleries, an intimate theater and art studio, providing a haven for artists and art lovers.
