AAP again knocks at SC door over officers

Amid no let-up in the power tussle between the government and Baijal, the on Tuesday agreed to take up an plea on the contentious issue of the management of city's officers, their transfers and posting.

Rahul Mehra, for the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) government, tweeted that the plea had been filed before the court of Dipak Misra, seeking an early disposal of all appeals filed by the government.

Mehra said the bench headed by the has indicated that "the matters shall be listed before the appropriate bench sometime next week".
