Xiaomi Mi Max 3 spotted in leaked hands-on video, suggest 5,500mAh battery

The Mi Max 3 was spotted for a mere few seconds in two hands-on videos on Weibo which were enough to give a peek into what the device will look like.

The videos reportedly originated on Weibo and the actual phone could only be seen for a few seconds. It was enough to hint at the basic design of the giant phone. It will have a vertically aligned dual camera and a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor. There is a sticker on the phone’s body in the video that suggests that screen size will be a whopping 6.9-inch while at the back there will be a 12MP+5MP dual camera unit. The biggest upgrade is the battery. The Mi Max 3 will reportedly have a 5,500mAh battery which would make it the highest capacity battery seen on a Mi Max series phone. The Mi Max 2 had a 5,300mAh battery while the original Mi Max had a 4,850mAh battery.

The Mi Max series have made a name for itself for being a power user’s phone for large handed people. It’s gigantic screen real estate have carved a niche for itself and over the years, the hardware underneath have evolved to make the Mi Max series rival the Redmi Note series in terms of performance with even more battery life.
