Elderly woman missing from Ipswich after going for a walk
A 68-year-old woman who went for a walk on Monday afternoon from her home east of Ipswich has not been seen since.
Police said Henny Dompasa was a "keen walker" who left her family home and was last seen walking along Old Ipswich Road at Riverview.
Police said she has limited English and can become confused and disorientated, sparking concerns for her safety.
Ms Dompasa, originally from Indonesia, frequents Old Ipswich Road and Collingwood Drive between New Chum and Redbank.
Described as 145cm tall, with a thin build and short dark hair, she was last seen wearing a black short-sleeve fleece jumper, aqua track suit pants and black thongs, possibly carrying an umbrella.
Police have asked any local residents to check their yards and sheds, and for anyone who may have seen her to contact them on 131 444.
