ACB arrests CMHO for accepting bribe in Rajasthan

The Anti-Bureau (ACB) today arrested the chief of district for allegedly taking a bribe of Rs 20,000 for signing some documents related to the pension of a retired inspector, said.

The accused had demanded the bribe from retired inspector Gyan Prakash Sharma, he said.

After verification of the complaint, a trap was laid and he was caught while accepting the bribe in his office, additional SP-ACB Gulab Singh said.

He has been placed under arrest under sections of the Prevention of Act, he said.
