A mainstay for Hollywood and the global elite, the Hotel features 395 guest rooms, the flagship location of Michelin-starred CUT by Wolfgang Puck, CUT Lounge, THE Blvd Restaurant and Lounge, an award-winning Spa, and 35,000 square feet (3,252 square metres) of private event space.

“There are only a handful of iconic hotels in the world that everybody knows, and this is one of them. I am humbled and honoured to become a part of its legacy, particularly as we are celebrating our 90th anniversary this year,” says Humig.

Born in Davos, Switzerland, Humig inherited an innate affinity for luxury hospitality, having grown up at his mother and father’s five-star ski resort in the Swiss Alps. After earning a Hotel and Restaurant Management Degree and Professional Chef Degree from a Swiss hotel school, Humig worked at properties in Arosa, Luzern, St. Moritz, Zurich and Munich before joining Four Seasons in 1999 as the Front Office Manager at the former Four Seasons Hotel Berlin.

Humig has since held roles at Four Seasons Hotel Washington, DC, Four Seasons Residences Aviara, Four Seasons Hotel Philadelphia, Four Seasons Resort and Residences Whistler, and most recently, he opened Four Seasons Hotel New York Downtown as the General Manager.

In addition to his role at Beverly Wilshire, Humig will oversee properties in Whistler, Jackson Hole, Santa Fe, and a new development in Los Cabos, under his title of Regional Vice President.
