Harvey Weinstein pleads not guilty to new charges, released on bail

Movie mogul Harvey Weinstein, who was previously indicted on charges involving two women, was released on bail on Monday while fighting sex crime accusations that now include a third woman. "Mr. Weinstein is not a predator. He is not a rapist and I believe that when this case is over we will ultimately see him to be exonerated," attorney Ben Brafman said outside court. Attorney Gloria Allred, who is representing a third woman accusing Harvey Weinstein of sexual assault, said outside court that her client will testify if the case goes to trial. (AP)
