"The building starts shaking. And I heard what sounded like a low flying helicopter that's low and I start thinking wow, that's low. You know? Sometimes the military flies operations through here. But I mean it was low. The house was shaking and I heard a loud bang and then there was three or four mini explosions and that's when the building really started to go off. I'm devastated that this happened to my neighbors. It's terrible but I just think like wow it would have been a couple of seconds sooner.
