My Place Hotel is already a known name in affordable extended stay hotel is looking to promote tourism in Davenport.
The three-story, 64-room hotel is the brand’s fourth location to open in Iowa since August 2017. The Davenport facility is the third My Place Hotel planned by owners Tom Caruth and Matt Eller.
The affordable property is independently managed by Eller Enterprises, which opened its first two My Place Hotels in the Des Moines area during the fourth quarter of 2017.
Megan Tjernagel, Eller Enterprises CEO said that Davenport is a great location for an extended stay hotel, but it makes a perfect location for a My Place Hotel. Megan Tjernagel also said that with such great attractions, events, and employers in the community, they believe that they are uniquely fit to serve the area’s many visitors no matter their reason for travel or length of stay.
Tjernagel said My Place Hotel is planning hotels in four more communities over the next 12 months.
My Place Hotels of America is offering modern amenities at an affordable price, including nightly, weekly and monthly rate options.
There are each extended stay guest room features a kitchen with a two-burner cooktop, a microwave and a full-size refrigerator.
The property is also pet friendly and has on-site laundry facilities, a grilling pavilion, an outdoor pool, complimentary high-speed Internet service and a 24-hour “My Store” in the hotel lobby.
