NEW DELHI: Delhiites woke up to a warm and humid morning on Sunday with the mercury settling at 28.5 degrees Celsius, one notch above the season's average.
According to the
MeT department, the
humidity level recorded at 8.30am was 62 per cent.
The weatherman has predicted partly cloudy skies later in the day, but denied any possibility of rains.
"The skies will remain partly cloudy and the maximum temperature may settle at 39 degrees Celsius," the official said.
On Saturday, the minimum temperature settled at 28.2 degrees Celsius while the maximum temperature recorded was 38.3 degrees Celsius.
