Chronicle Reporter, Bhopal, Selection of Makhanlal Chaturvedi Rashtriya Patrakarita evam Sanchaar Vishwavidyalaya, Bhopal for Media Incubation Centre by the NITI Aayog is a special achievement.
Entrepreneurship should be encouraged in the media field by making it a competent, useful and special center. This was said by the Minister for Public Relations Dr. Narottam Mishra.He gave approval to the decision of allotting Rs. 4 crore 50 lakh for the incubation centre begun at the university today.
Moreover, an additional budget of Rs. 2 crore has also been approved for Social Media Research Centre besides the incubation centre at the meeting of Management Sub- Committee of the University held under the Chairmanship of the Minister for Public Relations Dr. Mishra today.
The General Council meeting of the University has already given an administrative approval for this in the past.Dr. Mishra has said that the start of such kind of an incubation center in Madhya Pradesh, first in the country, is a matter of pride. Efforts should be made to increase its utility constantly in the media field.
He also gathered information on development of campus, started by the Patrakarita Vishwavidyalaya at Datia besides activities of other centers. Decisions related to welfare of officers and employees were also taken in the meeting.
Moreover, Dr. Mishra also reviewed progress of new schemes of the University. At the beginning, Dr. Mishra dedicated Special Media Incubation Center set up in the university in collaboration with the NITI Aayog.
The Vice Chancellor of the University Jagdish Upasne, Rector Lajpat Ahuja, Director of Public Relations Ashutosh Pratap Singh and other Officers were present in the meeting.
