The new Premier League season is still more than a month away and already Liverpool has seen a raft of their matches moved for television purposes, including their season opener with West Ham United.

Liverpool’s campaign will now kick off on Sunday, August 12 (1.30pm) at Anfield with the game being shown live on Sky Sports.

That is the first of six games out of the opening seven being moved for the Reds.

Jurgen Klopp’s side will also be the focus of the season’s first Monday Night Football on Sky a week later, with their first away trip of the season - at Crystal Palace - now moved to Monday, August 20 (8pm).

Saturday, September 29: Chelsea v Liverpool - BT Sport - 5.30pm

Their three other away games - at Leicester, Tottenham and Chelsea - have also been selected, as has the Bank Holiday weekend home clash with Brighton.

BT Sport will show the Seagulls’ visit, with the game now Saturday, August 25 (kick off 5.30pm BST).

Sky have handed the club two 12.30pm kick offs at Leicester (Saturday, September 1) and the opening game of Spurs’ new stadium (Saturday, September 15).

Liverpool’s trip to Stamford Bridge remains on Saturday, September 29 but is now a 5.30pm kick off.

The only league game not moved in their first seven is the home clash with Southampton on Saturday, September 22.
