Dine on the go
The table itself is not attached to the car, nor does it fold out from it. It's nothing fancy, made from plastic with two legs to support it - viola, dine in style. You literally got a free table when purchasing the vehicle which you remove from the boot and can set up for roadside stops or picnics.
Back in the 90's, the CR-V was one of the first compact or lifestyle SUVs on the market and Honda thought a picnic table would be a great addition.
There are actually quite a few of these tables for sale on eBay with a listed price of around R1 000.
